50 year old 38DD with notable asymmetry who is now 38C after inferior pedicle breast reduction.

She has had over a 25 pound weight loss and requested to have a lift to give her better position of the nipples and breast shape.  She has not undergone an augmentation but will plan on having implants placed next year to give her more volume once she has completed her weight loss.

She has completed healing and has returned to full activity.  She is very happy with her look and is looking forward to her next stage operation.  Breast lifts can be performed with an implant at the same time as a lift or separately.  Childbearing and weight loss/gain will dictate timing and will be discussed with Dr. Burt during each individual consultation.
