Case #1 Before Front
52 year old female presents for eyelid rejuvenation. She is 2 months after undergoing upper blepharoplasty. She has always had skin hanging over her upper eyelids; however, noticed they had worsened over the past several years.

Case #1 Front
She underwent a one-hour, outpatient procedure at our on-site surgery center. This procedure involves minimal pain and minimal downtime. Eyelid lifts are often combined with other procedures, including a brow lift, facelift, or skin resurfacing.

Case #1 Before Side

50 year old female, shown with preoperative markings, underwent in-office upper blepharoplasty and pearl fractional laser treatment for crow’s feet. She wanted to minimize downtime and cost and; therefore, chose to have her procedure done in the office under local anesthesia.

Dr. Will removed excess skin and pockets of fat above her eyelid and laser resurfacing procedure to improve the wrinkles around the eyes. Within 5 days, she returned to work and her social routine.

Case #4 Before
38 year old female is 6 weeks after upper and lower blepharoplasty, and minimally-invasive brow lift. She presented with concerns that she looked older and more tired than she felt. She was noted to have excess skin above and below her eyes and low brow position.

Case #4 After
She underwent upper and lower eyelid lift and endoscopic brow lift in our outpatient surgery center. We use a minimally invasive technique involving small incisions in the hairline and a small camera in order to lift the brows. The downtime for this procedure is 5-7 days and results should last at least 15 years!

An upper and lower eyelid lift is an outpatient procedure performed in our on-site ambulatory surgery center. With just 5-7 days downtime, results should last up to 15 years.

64 year old female underwent upper and lower blepharoplasty. This patient presented for eyelid rejuvenation. She was noted to have excess skin above and below eyelid.

The incision for a lower blepharoplasty is made inside the lower eyelid and excess fat removed. No sutures are needed to close this incision allowing for no scar. Upper and lower eyelid lift is a 1-2 hour, outpatient procedure at our on-site surgery center. This procedure involves minimal pain and minimal downtime. Results will last 10-15 years.
