Under the leadership of two exceptional female board-certified surgeons, Drs. Tripti “Dolly” Burt and Neena Will, our mission is straightforward: to provide exceptional service in a warm, caring environment. While other plastic surgery practices may feel cold or clinical, we understand that feeling comfortable and welcome is essential to your overall experience. We want you to feel cared for, listened to and understood during every stage of the process.
Drs. Burt and Will are experienced female plastic surgeon providers of facial rejuvenation, body contouring, breast enhancement surgery, laser skin care treatments and a full range of Medspa services. Dr. Burt has expertise in aesthetic breast surgery, liposuction, abdominoplasty and mommy makeover, and Dr. Will has advanced training in facelift, eyelid, and nose reshaping (rhinoplasty) The dynamic duo’s cases often dovetail, allowing the surgeons to work together in their truly unique specialty practice.

Meet Your Doctors
Dr. Neena Will
Dr. Neena Will is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Nebraska Medical Center, She completed several advanced fellowship training programs, including facial plastic surgery training with Dr. Devinder S. Mangat of Mangat-Kuy Plastic Surgery Center, and otolaryngology training at Loyola University Medical Center. Dr. Will completed a general surgery internship, also at Loyola University Medical Center.
Dr. Tripti “Dolly” Burt
Dr. Tripti “Dolly” Burt is double board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. She is a graduate of Northwestern University and the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She completed her general surgery residency at the University of Texas and her plastic surgery residency at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Dr. Burt is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Tushar Dabade
Dr. Tushar Dabade is a board-certified dermatologist. He is a graduate of the University of California – Berkeley and Mayo Clinic Rochester, MN, where he also completed his surgical internship. He completed his dermatology clinical research fellowship at Wake Forest School of Medicine and his dermatology residency at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA. Dr. Dabade is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
